About Us
Located in Eunice, New Mexico, B's Coffee Shop & More is your one-stop coffee shop, serving everything from breakfasts, sandwiches, and pastries to cappuccinos and espresso.
Our founder, Billie Bettis, has been in the food service industry since 1997. Before opening our thriving business, she worked her way up through the ranks, starting out in the trenches, then earning a promotion to manager and ultimately director of food services.
Thanks to Billie's passion for quality food, heart of gold, and in-depth knowledge of the culinary field, we were proud winners of the Eunice Key to the City Award shortly after our opening in 2014.
We love meeting new customers, and hope that you will make us your next go-to breakfast, lunch, and coffee destination. Don't have time to come in and sit down? No problem.
